It depends on the offer, and there are three common forms. Accommodation included in your pay, the most frequent. The average salary for a chef de partie in Italy is around €2,008 net per month, with a median of about €1,700, according to Restworld's hospitality salary observatory. When accommodation is included, you add the saving on rent to your net pay, which in tourist cities is worth several hundred euros a month. The reference is the CCNL Turismo (FIPE) national contract for hospitality and food service, with levels from the 6th (entry) to the 1st (department responsibility).
