How the Restworld and TeamTailor integration works

To enable the integration, get in touch with our team. We'll walk you through the setup and help you choose the plan that fits your needs.

A member of our sales team will follow you through every step of the activation.

After the first contact, we'll create an account for your company on the Restworld platform. To complete the connection, we'll need your TeamTailor Company ID.

Where to find the Company ID

Log into TeamTailor and check the URL in your address bar. The Company ID is the highlighted string:

Together with your Restworld account manager, you'll choose the number of slots you need.

Once the integration is live, you can pick which positions to promote on Restworld directly from TeamTailor.

2. 2Go to the "Promote" tab
3. 3Select Restworld among the available channels
4. 4Within a few hours the position will appear on Restworld

When you edit a position on TeamTailor (title, description, requirements, etc.), the changes flow into Restworld at the next automatic sync, which happens several times a day.

1. 1Edit the position on TeamTailor the way you usually do
2. 2(optional) Go to the "Promote" tab and click "Refresh" next to Restworld to force the sync
3. 3Changes will be visible on Restworld within a few minutes if you used Refresh, or within a few hours otherwise

When a candidate is interested in your opening on Restworld, we take them straight to the application page on your TeamTailor and, just to be safe, we also send them an email with the same link. From there they complete the application following the process you configured.

2. 2They click "apply": we immediately open your TeamTailor application page in a new tab and we also send them an email with the same link, so they don't lose it
