Everything happens remotely. You post the search in 5 minutes, we contact the candidates and verify experience, languages and real willingness to relocate. You receive a shortlist and run the interviews on video calls.

Who takes care of visa, contract and relocation?

Accepted Answer

The contract follows the rules of the country where you hire, and you sign it directly with the person you choose: Restworld does search and selection, no staff leasing. For visas and non-EU paperwork we publish dedicated guides on the blog, useful for you and the candidate.

How much should I offer to convince an Italian professional to relocate?

Every hospitality role: kitchen, the most requested from abroad with chefs, chefs de partie and pizza chefs, then dining room, bar, pastry and hotel positions.
