Store manager/a per fast foodCerchi un ruolo di responsabilità con una vera prospettiva di crescita? Cerchiamo uno/a Store manager per guidare un fast food: un incarico con retribuzione competitiva, bonus legato al fatturato e la possibilità di passare da un contratto a tempo determinato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato. L'inizio è previsto il prima possibile.
Cosa Farai:
- Supervisionerai il personale e gestirai il rango durante il servizio
- Programmerai i turni del team e formerai le nuove risorse
- Eseguirai le procedure di apertura e chiusura del locale
- Organizzerai ordini e forniture per non restare mai senza scorte
- Gestirai la cassa, creerai e leggerai i report per ottimizzare le vendite
- Curerai l'accoglienza dei clienti garantendo un servizio rapido e di qualità
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza nello stesso ruolo
- Sai guidare un team e coordinare i turni con sicurezza
- Hai il certificato HACCP
- Sei organizzato/a, preciso/a e orientato/a ai risultati di vendita
- Sei disponibile a lavorare su turni misti, 6 giorni a settimana
Contract
Contratto a tempo determinato, con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato. Impegno full time, 40 ore settimanali, su 6 giorni a settimana con turni misti.
Retribuzione: RAL da 27.500 a 29.000 € lordi annui, su 14 mensilità. Equivalgono a circa 1.964-2.071 € lordi al mese, pari a circa 1.496-1.565 € netti al mese.
