CRASHIT è una piccola catena di hamburgerie dinamica, e il locale di Bologna, aperto da poco, cerca il/la suo/a Store manager con contratto a tempo indeterminato. Entri fin dall'inizio in un progetto in espansione, con bonus fatturato e formazione continua: la tua crescita conta quanto quella del locale.
Cosa Farai:
- Gestirai il locale in autonomia, dall'apertura alla chiusura, seguendo le procedure previste
- Organizzerai ordini e forniture per avere sempre tutto pronto
- Programmerai i turni del team e coordinerai lo staff durante il servizio
- Ti occuperai della gestione cassa
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 1 anno di esperienza nello stesso ruolo
- Sai organizzare il lavoro e guidare un team con metodo
- Hai dimestichezza con ordini, forniture e gestione cassa
- Sei disponibile su 6 giorni a settimana, con turni unici e spezzati
Contract
Tempo indeterminato, full time. Turni: 4 giorni con turno unico e 2 giorni con turno spezzato, per un totale di 6 giorni a settimana.
Retribuzione: RAL di 32.900 € lordi annui su 12 mensilità, pari a circa 2.742 € lordi al mese e a circa 2.002 € netti al mese.
Benefit: bonus fatturato, formazione continua, abbigliamento da lavoro e pasti inclusi per lo staff.
