Sous chef per storico ristorante gourmet
"Osteria Le Logge", ristorante gourmet a Siena, appartenente al circuito Restworld, è alla ricerca di 1 Sous Chef.
La persona ideale ha almeno 2 anni di esperienza in contesti simili.
Le attività da svolgere saranno principalmente: -Composizione menù insieme allo chef -Ruolo operativo.
Contract
Contratto a tempo indeterminato.
Offerti vitto e alloggio: stanza singola a 5 minuti a piedi dal locale.
Impegno full time su 5 giorni a settimana: turni dal martedì al sabato a pranzo e cena. Domenica e lunedì giorni di riposo.
Lo stipendio mensile sarà da valutare in base all'esperienza, il range sarà 2100-2500€ netti.
