Sous chef per ristorante gourmet

Ristorante gourmet formale a Pitigliano (GR), appartenente al circuito Restworld, è alla ricerca di 1 Sous Chef da inserire all'interno del proprio team. Il locale è aperto al pubblico su più turni durante la giornata, con giorno di chiusura il lunedì. Nei prossimi mesi, il brand ha intenzione di ammodernare la cucina. Il menu è legato alla cucina italiana, con forti influenze toscane e mediterranee. La persona ideale ha almeno 5 anni di esperienza e le attività da svolgere saranno principalmente: - Gestione brigata - Autonomia gestione postazione - Primi piatti - Secondi piatti - Ordini e forniture - Composizione menu È offerto un contratto a tempo determinato con finalità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato. Orario full time (lunedì di riposo) con turni 11:30-15:30 e 18:00-22:00. Lo stipendio mensile si aggira intorno ai 2000-2200€ con tfr e due mensilità aggiuntive; possibilità di alloggio in stanza privata.
