Sous chef per ristorante sul lago
"Crotto dei Platani", storico ristorante gourmet sul lago di Como a Brienno, appartenente al circuito Restworld, è alla ricerca di 1 Sous Chef.
Il ristorante è aperto tutto l'anno, valorizza le materie prime del territorio, reinterpretando e tramandando antiche ricette.
La figura ideale ha almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo.
Contract
Contratto a tempo determinato da subito fino a ottobre con possibilità di assunzione a lungo termine.
Offerti vitto e alloggio: stanza condivisa.
Impegno full time su 5 giorni: turni spezzati a pranzo e a cena, due giorni di riposo a rotazione.
Lo stipendio mensile sarà da valutare in base all'esperienza, il range sarà 2000-2500€ netti.
