Restaurant manager per ristorante giapponeseVuoi guidare la sala di un ristorante giapponese presente sulla Guida Michelin e Gault & Millau, nel cuore della Svizzera Francese? SUSHO è un'attività giovane e consolidata, con una clientela raffinata e un'offerta di altissimo livello. Stiamo pianificando un'espansione in più punti vendita nei prossimi 2 anni: questa è l'occasione per crescere con noi e costruire una carriera di lungo periodo in un team positivo e dinamico.
Cosa Farai:
- Coordinerai la brigata di sala e gestirai il team in modo autonomo
- Ti occuperai di accoglienza clienti, prenotazioni e gestione del rango
- Programmerai i turni, organizzerai ordini e forniture
- Definirai e farai rispettare gli standard di servizio
- Formerai continuamente il team e aggiornerai il personale sul menù del giorno
- Valuterai i feedback dei clienti e gestirai le procedure di apertura, chiusura e cassa
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza come restaurant manager o assistant manager nel settore della ristorazione
- Parli francese e inglese
- Sai coordinare un team, creare standard e garantire un servizio impeccabile
- Sei una persona organizzata, con voglia di crescere nel lungo periodo
- Cerchiamo una figura a inizio carriera che voglia costruire con noi un'avventura a lungo termine
- Un'esperienza all'estero è un plus importante (non è necessaria esperienza pregressa in ristoranti stellati)
Contract
Tempo indeterminato, full time su turni spezzati.
Retribuzione Annua Lorda di 65.000 € lordi annui su 12 mensilità, con bonus legato al fatturato.
Benefit inclusi: alloggio singolo, pasti per lo staff, formazione continua, accesso alla palestra.
Inizio immediato o il prima possibile.
