Responsabile di sala per enoteca e bistrot
Stiamo cercando responsabili di sala per "Il Mastino Bistrot", enoteca e bistrot di recente apertura in Piazza delle Erbe, nel cuore di Verona.
La persona ideale per questa posizione ha almeno 2-3 anni d'esperienza in ruolo analogo, preferibilmente in ristoranti simili e si occuperà principalmente di:
- accogliere i clienti con cortesia e professionalità,
- controllare l'apparecchiatura dei tavoli
- gestire le comande
- servire le pietanze e le bevande ai tavoli
- assicurare il corretto svolgimento del servizio
- gestione del personale di sala
- formazione dei nuovi assunti per la sala
Richiesta un'ottima padronanza della lingua inglese (min. B2) al fine di riuscire a comunicare efficacemente con la clientela
Contract
Il contratto offerto per questa posizione lavorativa è a tempo determinato della durata di 3 mesi con finalità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
L'impegno richiesto è a tempo pieno, organizzato in turni unici per 6 giorni alla settimana.
Lo stipendio offerto per questa posizione varia da 1.800 € a 2.000 € mensili netti, a cui saranno aggiunti bonus per il raggiungimento di obiettivi di fatturato prefissati.
