Responsabile di sala per nuova apertura
"Cantine Milano", wine restaurant a Milano, appartenente al circuito Restworld, è alla ricerca di 1 Responsabile di sala per la sua nuova apertura in zona Risorgimento.
Cantine Milano è il primo wine restaurant italiano dove si sceglie prima il vino e dopo si abbina il piatto giusto.
Il candidato ideale ha almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, ha un'ottima conoscenza del vino e, vista la clientela internazionale, un'ottima conoscenza dell'inglese.
Le attività da svolgere saranno principalmente: -Gestione sala -Accoglienza clienti -Gestione prenotazioni -Presa ordini -Conoscenza e spiegazione menu.
Contract
Contratto a tempo determinato (3-6 mesi) con finalità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato
Impegno full time 6 giorni a settimana:
- 6 sere dalle 18:00 alle 00:30;
- 2 pranzi dalle 11:30 alle 15:30
Lo stipendio mensile sarà da valutare in base all'esperienza, il range sarà 2000-2500€ netti.
