Description
Responsabile di cucina per nuova trattoria
"Al circolo" trattoria a Besana in Brianza (MB), appartenente al circuito Restworld, è alla ricerca di 1 Responsabile di cucina.
Il locale aprirà verso metà marzo e proporrà principalmente piatti della cucina locale brianzola.
La figura ideale ha almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo.
Le attività da svolgere saranno principalmente: - Gestione ordini e forniture -Ruolo operativo in cucina -Gestione brigata.
Considerata la zona è necessario essere automuniti.
Contract
Contratto a tempo determinato come periodo conoscitivo (6 mesi) con finalità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
Impegno full time con i seguenti turni:
- martedì, mercoledì e domenica dalle 10:30 alle 14:30 (solo pranzo);
- da giovedì a sabato dalle 10:30 alle 14:30 e dalle 17:30 alle 22:30 (pranzo e cena);
- lunedì giorno di riposo.
Lo stipendio mensile sarà da valutare in base all'esperienza, il range sarà 1800-2000€ netti + 13esima e 14esima a parte.
