Receptionist per hotel formale
Vuoi lavorare in un hotel formale a Stezzano, con la possibilità di crescere professionalmente e ottenere un contratto stabile? Il Grand hotel del parco cerca un/una Receptionist per un contratto a tempo determinato con prospettiva di assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
Cosa Farai:
- Accoglierai e assisterai gli ospiti con professionalità e cortesia
- Gestirai le prenotazioni e le richieste telefoniche e via email
- Illustrerai le caratteristiche delle camere e dei servizi dell'hotel
- Utilizzerai i software gestionali per la gestione delle attività alberghiere
- Curerai le relazioni con i clienti garantendo un servizio di qualità
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 2 anni di esperienza come Receptionist
- Conosci l'inglese e sai utilizzare i software gestionali per hotel
- Hai ottime capacità di gestione delle relazioni con i clienti
- Sei disponibile su turni unici (mattina, pomeriggio o notte)
- Sei una persona organizzata, precisa e orientata al cliente
Contract
Contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato. Impegno full time su turni unici: mattina, pomeriggio o notte.
RAL: 20.000€ - 25.000€ su 13 mensilità.
Benefit: abbigliamento da lavoro fornito e maggiorazioni notturne previste.
Inizio: il prima possibile.
È necessario essere autonomi negli spostamenti.
