Receptionist per resort sul mare
Vuoi lavorare come Receptionist in un resort esclusivo sul mare a Riposto? Il Santantonio Resort SAR è un hotel con ristorante che offre un'esperienza unica ai suoi ospiti, con una cucina raffinata che spazia dal pesce alla carne, dal gluten free al vegano, utilizzando materie prime a km zero. Cerchiamo una figura professionale per la stagione estiva, con possibilità di rientro a marzo, in un ambiente formale dove potrai mettere in pratica le tue competenze nell'accoglienza e nella gestione clienti.
Cosa Farai:
- Accoglierai gli ospiti e gestirai il check-in e check-out con professionalità
- Illustrerai le caratteristiche delle camere e dei servizi dell'hotel
- Gestirai telefonate, mailing e prenotazioni utilizzando i software gestionali
- Ti occuperai delle relazioni con i clienti, garantendo un servizio di assistenza impeccabile
- Coordinerai le richieste degli ospiti durante il turno pomeridiano-serale
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza come receptionist in hotel o strutture ricettive simili
- Conosci l'inglese e sai utilizzare i software gestionali per la reception
- Sei una persona organizzata, con ottime capacità relazionali e orientata al cliente
- Sei disponibile per il turno 7-15 o 15-23 durante tutta la stagione
Contract
Contratto a tempo determinato stagionale da inizio agosto a fine ottobre, con possibilità di tornare a marzo. Full time (40 ore settimanali), turno unico 7-15 o 15-23.
Retribuzione: 2.050 € lordi al mese, pari a circa 1.600 € netti su 12 mensilità, RAL di 24.600 € lordi annui.
Pasti inclusi per lo staff durante i turni di lavoro.
