Receptionist per Hotel 4 stelle
Hotel 4 stelle a Rimini, appartenente al circuito Restworld, è alla ricerca di 1 Receptionist da inserire all'interno del proprio team.
La persona ideale ha almeno 1 anno di esperienza (anche stagionale) nel ruolo di receptionist, e deve tassativamente avere una conoscenza della lingua inglese di livello B2. Viene valutato positivamente un diploma nel settore hospitality.
Le attività da svolgere saranno principalmente:
- Servizio di accoglienza e assistenza al cliente
- Gestione telefonate e mailing
- Assistenza cliente e gestione reclami
- Capacità di coordinamento e pianificazione
L'offerta di lavoro si intende riferita ad entrambi i sessi secondo il disposto delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91.

Contract
È offerto un contratto a tempo determinato di un anno con finalità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato full time con turni variabili.
Si lavorerà su turni unici da 8 ore per 5 giorni alla settimana: 07:00-15:00 o 15:00-23:00. E' richiesta disponibilità per svolgere 4 turni di notte al mese dalle 23:00 alle 07:00.
Sono previsti due giorni di riposo variabili.
Lo stipendio netto mensile si aggira intorno ai 1400-1700€ per 12 mensilità.
