Pizzaiolo per Ristorante Pizzeria di pizza napoletana
Per la prossima apertura di Mammina a Roma in zona Eur, stiamo cercando un pizzaiolo da inserire in brigata!
Con un'atmosfera informale e un menù ricco di prelibatezze, Mammina stupisce i suoi clienti con i sapori più genuini della cucina italiana.
Il candidato ideale dovrà avere almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza nel settore, con competenze comprovate nella gestione autonoma della posizione, conservazione delle materie prime, farcitura, pulizia dell'area di lavoro, gestione delle comande, monitoraggio dell'attrezzatura da cucina, preparazione dell'impasto, rispetto delle porzioni standard e stesura delle pizze.

E' offerto un contratto a tempo determinato finalizzato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
Si lavorerà a tempo pieno (48 ore settimanali), 6 giorni a settimana con 4 turni unici e due turni spezzati.
Lo stipendio offerto per questa posizione varia da 1.600 a 1.800 euro mensili netti.
