Pasticciere per ristorante di alto livello
"Silene", ristorante di alto livello a Pescina (GR), appartenente al circuito Restworld, è alla ricerca di 1 Pasticciere.
Il locale propone piatti della tradizione rivisitati per creare abbinamenti audaci e insieme delicati.
La candidato ideale ha almeno 2 anni di esperienza in contesti di medio/alto livello.
Le attività da svolgere saranno principalmente: -Panificazione -Pasticceria da ristorante -Torte per eventi privati -Amuse bouche -Pre dessert.
Contract
Contratto a tempo determinato di 1 anno come periodo conoscitivo con finalità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
Offerti vitto e alloggio singolo a 150 metri dal locale.
Impegno full time, un esempio di settimana lavorativa potrebbe essere il seguente:
- dal martedì dal venerdì dalle 18 alle 23;
- sabato e domenica sia a pranzo (12-15) che a cena (18-23);
- lunedì giorno di riposo.
Lo stipendio mensile sarà da valutare in base all'esperienza, il range sarà 1800-2000€ netti + 13esima a parte + bonus legati ad eventi privati.
