Maitre per ristorante di cucina locale
Vuoi guidare la sala di un ristorante che valorizza la cucina locale tipica nel cuore di Asti? Il Volli Restaurant cerca un/una Maitre con esperienza consolidata per coordinare il servizio e garantire un'esperienza impeccabile ai clienti. Se hai almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione della sala e cerchi un'opportunità con possibilità di stabilizzazione, questa è la posizione giusta per te.
Cosa Farai:
- Gestirai il rango e coordinerai il servizio in sala con professionalità
- Supervisionerai il personale di sala e ne organizzerai i turni
- Aggiornerai lo staff sul menù del giorno e sulle proposte dello chef
- Gestirai le prenotazioni e l'accoglienza dei clienti
- Curerai ogni dettaglio per garantire un servizio di qualità
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 5 anni di esperienza come Maitre o responsabile di sala
- Hai già lavorato in ristoranti con cucina locale o tradizionale
- Sai coordinare un team e gestire il servizio in autonomia
- Sei organizzato/a, attento/a ai dettagli e orientato/a alla qualità
- Disponibilità a lavorare 5 giorni a settimana su turni misti
Contract
Tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato, full time (40 ore settimanali). Turni misti. Retribuzione da 1.636 a 1.807 € lordi al mese su 14 mensilità, pari a circa 1.299-1.402 € netti. Pasti inclusi per lo staff e percorsi di formazione continua. Inizio immediato.
