Fornaio per panificio in centro

Il Panificio Ficini utilizza farine poco setacciate e macinate a pietra naturale con lievitazioni lunghe per garantire maggiore digeribilità e conservazione. Cerchiamo un fornaio con esperienza per unirsi al nostro team e continuare a portare avanti la nostra filosofia artigianale.
Cosa Farai:
- Preparerai impasti con lievitazioni lunghe secondo la tradizione del panificio
- Gestirai la cottura al forno garantendo qualità costante
- Ti occuperai della stesura e delle preparazioni quotidiane
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 1 anno di esperienza come fornaio
- Sai lavorare al forno e conosci le tecniche di cottura tradizionali
- Hai esperienza nella preparazione impasto, stesura e preparazioni
- Sei disponibile su turni notturni
- Cerchi stabilità e vuoi crescere in un ambiente che valorizza la qualità artigianale
Contract
Contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato. Impegno part time, 6,40 ore al giorno per 6 giorni a settimana. Turni unici notturni dalle 1:00 alle 6.40.
Retribuzione: da 1.500 a 2.000 € netti mensili.
