CUOCO/A - Mensa Aziendale Ristorazione collettiva (ZONA POMEZIA)
ZONA DI LAVORO: POMEZIA
CONTRATTO: Part-time 31h/settimanali
TURNI: Fascia Pranzo. Dal lunedì al venerdì. Sabato e domenica Riposo.
RETRIBUZIONE: RAL 16.000 €, Inquadramento CCNL Turismo – 4° livello
Responsabilità:
- Preparazione dei piatti rispettando qualità e presentazione secondo gli standard prefissati.
- Coordinamento e gestione del team di cucina nelle attività quotidiane.
- Monitoraggio delle normative igieniche e di sicurezza alimentare (HACCP).
- Gestione degli ordini delle derrate, con supporto aziendale.
Caratteristiche richieste:
- Esperienza pluriennale in cucina, preferibilmente in ambienti ad alta produzione (mense aziendali, universitarie, scolastiche, sanitarie).
- Conoscenza delle materie prime e tecniche di cottura.
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo.
- Conoscenza delle normative igienico-sanitarie (HACCP), preferibile attestato valido.
- Capacità di lavorare in team e buone doti relazionali con colleghi e clienti.
- Affidabilità e serietà.
