Ostaria Il Sacco Fiorentino, nel cuore di Volterra (Pisa), ristorante tipico toscano parte del circuito Restworld, cerca un Cuoco Capo Partita.
Cosa troverai? cucina territoriale con ambizioni alte: puntano dritti verso la stella Michelin.
I candidati ideali hanno almeno 1/2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di capo partita. Garantiranno pulizia, dinamicità e ambizione

Contract
Contratto a tempo determinato stagionale (Giugno - Novembre/Dicembre) con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
L'impegno richiesto è full time, 6 giorni a settimana su turni spezzati di circa 7h.
RAL 35.000/40.000€ + vitto e alloggio.
