Cuoco Capo Partita
Per la stagione 2026, L' Hotel 4 Stelle, La Torre, cerca 3 Cuochi Capo Partita. Le risorse gestiranno autonomamente la propria partita (Primi o Secondi) all'interno di una brigata strutturata.
Responsabilità principali
- Gestione operativa della partita assegnata.
- Preparazione basi e tecniche di taglio.
- Applicazione tecniche di cottura (bassa temperatura, sottovuoto, rigenerazione).
- Collaborazione con la brigata durante i picchi di servizio.
- Mantenimento standard di pulizia e ordine.
Requisiti richiesti
- Esperienza minima: 2–3 anni come Capo Partita.
- Autonomia nella gestione (Antipasti, Primi o Secondi).
- Precisione, affidabilità e spirito di squadra.
- Mezzo proprio per gli spostamenti.
Contract
Condizioni contrattuali
- Retribuzione: 2.400–2.600 € netti mensili.
- Vitto e Alloggio: Inclusi.
- Durata: Una posizione da maggio-settembre (5 mesi); due posizioni da giugno-settembre (4 mesi).
- Orario: Turni 10:00–14:00 / 18:30–22:30.
- Impegno: 6 giorni lavorativi su 7.
