Capo partita per foresteria in montagna
"Visaisa", taverna e foresteria nella borgata di Saretto (CN), appartenente al circuito Restworld, è alla ricerca di 1 Capo Partita per la stagione estiva.
Il locale è immerso nella natura dell'Alta Val Maira, propone piatti della tradizione della valle e alcuni piatti più innovativi, utilizzando sempre materie prime locali. La sera fa anche pizze cotte nel forno a legna.
Il candidato ideale ha almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo.
Le attività da svolgere saranno principalmente: -Supportare lo chef nella preparazione di antipasti, primi piatti (pasta fresca), secondi piatti e dolci.
Contract
Contratto a tempo determinato per la stagione estiva, da fine maggio a fine settembre.
Offerti vitto e alloggio (camera condivisa).
Impegno full time con turni a pranzo e a cena, un giorno di riposo a rotazione.
Lo stipendio mensile sarà da valutare in base all'esperienza, il range sarà 2000-2200€ netti.
