Capo partita per osteria contemporanea
"Osteria dei Vinattieri", osteria contemporanea a San Donato Milanese (MI), appartenente al circuito Restworld, è alla ricerca di 1 Capo Partita.
Il locale si trova all'interno di un antico casale del 900’.
La figura ideale ha almeno 1 anno di esperienza nel ruolo, lavorerà insieme allo chef e ad un altro capo partita.
Le attività da svolgere saranno: -Primi e secondi piatti.
Contract
Contratto a tempo determinato come periodo conoscitivo con finalità di assunzione a lungo termine.
Impegno full time con i seguenti turni:
- martedì solo cena (18-23);
- dal mercoledì al sabato sia a pranzo (10-15) che a cena (18.30-23);
- domenica solo a pranzo (10-16).ì;
- lunedì giorno di riposo.
Lo stipendio mensile sarà da valutare in base all'esperienza, il range sarà 1500-1700€ netti + 13esima e 14esima a parte.
