Cuoco Capo Partita per ristorante in centro
Per il ristorante Il Margutta di Roma, cliente del circuito Restworld, stiamo cercando un capo partita appassionato che abbia voglia di entrare a far parte di una realtà storica e solida del panorama ristorativo romano. Il Margutta, in via Margutta a Roma, è stato il primo ristorante vegetariano e vegano d'Italia ed oltre ad offrire un'esperienza culinaria unica e di altissimo livello, offre ai clienti un ambiente rilassante ed inclusivo grazie anche alle mostre d'arte che ospita al suo interno. Come capo partita, il candidato dovrà essere autonomo nel ruolo e dovrà aver voglia di mettersi in gioco e di gestire in autonomia la partita che gli verrà assegnata dallo chef. Il capo partita entrerà a far parte di una brigata di 5 persone e diventerà un membro fondamentale della cucina. E' richiesta esperienza nel ruolo. Contract
E' offerto un contratto a tempo determinato finalizzato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato. Si lavorerà per 40 ore settimanali su turni variabili, spalmati su 6 giorni a settimana. In particolare nel corso della settimana ci saranno due giorni di turni spezzati e gli altri giorni di turni unici. Lo stipendio si aggira intorno ai 1700 Euro mensili netti.
