Cuoco Capo Partita per bistrot innovativo
Locanda Moderna Carlambroeus situato a Montevecchia (LC), e cliente del circuito Restworld, sta cercando un cuoco capo partita.
Il Bistrot offre ai suoi ospiti la possibilità di sperimentare il meglio della cucina autoctona, la ricerca attenta delle materie prime, servita con un tocco di innovazione, creatività e colore.
Il candidato ideale ha almeno 1 anno di esperienza nel ruolo.
Affiancherà lo chef nella gestione delle partite e nella preparazione della linea.
Contract
Si offre un contratto a tempo determinato con finalità di assunzione nel lungo termine.
L'impegno previsto sarà full-time organizzato su 6 giorni a settimana.
I turni saranno i seguenti:
-martedì, mercoledì e giovedì: 18-23;
-venerdì, sabato e domenica 10-15 e 18-23.
Lo stipendio offerto è di 1500-1700 euro netti mensili con tredicesima e quattordicesima a parte.
Si offre formazione continua e possibilità di crescita.
