Cuoco capo partita per bistrot stagionale
Sei un cuoco capo partita con esperienza e cerchi un'opportunità stagionale in un contesto unico? Il Bistrot Villa Taranto, situato a Pallanza (VB), ti offre la possibilità di lavorare in un ambiente dove storia e natura si incontrano, sotto l'ombra di una maestosa quercia piantata nel 1938. La stagione inizia a marzo e termina a ottobre.
Qui avrai l'opportunità di esprimere la tua creatività culinaria e gestire autonomamente la tua postazione.
Cosa Farai:
- Gestirai autonomamente la tua partita
- Preparerai piatti di qualità e alla presentazione
- Coordinerai le comande della cucina garantendo tempi e standard elevati
- Curerai la pulizia e l'organizzazione della tua area di lavoro
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza come cuoco capo partita
- Sai gestire autonomamente la tua postazione e lavorare in modo organizzato
- Hai esperienza in tutte le partite
È necessario essere autonomi negli spostamenti.
Contract
Offriamo un contratto a tempo determinato stagionale da marzo a ottobre, con un impegno full time di 40 ore settimanali distribuite su 6 giorni.
Lavorerai con turni unici nel servizio del pranzo, che ti permetteranno di avere maggiore prevedibilità e tempo libero.
Lo stipendio è di 2000€.
