Cuoco per ristorante genovese
"U Barba Osteria Genovese", ristorante in zona Porta Romana a Milano, appartenente al circuito Restworld, è alla ricerca di un Cuoco.
Richiesti almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo e preferibilmente una formazione alberghiera.
Principali mansioni:
- Gestione della postazione e delle preparazioni
- Gestione del servizio
- Gestione di ordini e fornitori
- Calcolo del food cost e affiancamento allo chef per la gestione del personale.
Contract
Contratto a tempo determinato con prospettive di assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
Impegno full time con turni unici dalle 15 alle 23, lunedì giorno di riposo.
Lo stipendio mensile sarà da valutare in base all'esperienza, il range sarà 1600 - 2000€ netti.
