Cuoco capo partita per ristorante informale
Vuoi lavorare in un ristorante belga nel cuore di Milano, dove tradizione e autenticità si incontrano? Le Vent Du Nord ti offre l'opportunità di entrare in un ambiente informale e accogliente, specializzato in cucina belga con oltre 400 birre diverse e piatti tipici come moules-frites e stufati alla birra. Ti offriamo un contratto con possibilità di stabilizzazione, retribuzione competitiva (1.500-1.800 € netti), bonus fatturato, formazione continua e pasti inclusi. Se hai esperienza e cerchi un progetto dove crescere, questa è l'occasione giusta.
Cosa Farai:
- Gestirai autonomamente la tua partita in cucina
- Preparerai piatti freddi, primi e secondi piatti con cura e precisione
- Coordinerai le comande della cucina garantendo tempi e qualità
- Collaborerai con il team per mantenere gli standard del locale
- Parteciperai alla preparazione delle proposte settimanali e dei dolci fatti in casa
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 1 anno di esperienza come cuoco capo partita
- Sai gestire autonomamente la tua posizione e le comande
- Conosci la preparazione di piatti freddi, primi e secondi
- Sei disponibile a lavorare 6 giorni a settimana (martedì-domenica) su turno serale (16:00-22:00)
- Cerchi un ambiente dove poter crescere e fare la differenza
Contract
Offriamo un contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato, full time (40 ore settimanali) su turni unici. Lavorerai 6 giorni a settimana (martedì-domenica) con orario 16:00-22:00.
La retribuzione è di 1.500-1.800 € netti al mese su 14 mensilità.
