Cuoco Capo Partita Part Time
Ristorante storico sul lungomare di Fiumicino, cerca un Cuoco capo partita appassionato e talentuoso per unirsi al suo team.
Con un'atmosfera accogliente e una cucina che celebra i sapori del mare, il locale offre un menù autentico e legato alla tradizione.
Il candidato ideale dovrà possedere almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di capo partita, dimostrando competenze nella gestione della partita degli antipasti e del pass. Dovrà inoltre conoscere le tecniche di taglio e la conservazione delle materie prime, nonché saper garantire la pulizia dell'area di lavoro.
E' necessario avere competenze in materia di cucina di pesce.
L'impegno minimo richiesto è un part-time di 30 ore con contratto a tempo determinato con finalità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato. Se sei appassionato di cucina e desideri far parte di una squadra dinamica in un ambiente stimolante, invia il tuo curriculum.

L'impegno minimo richiesto è un part-time di 30 ore settimanali, organizzate su turni unici da 5 ore ciascuno, diurni o serali con un riposo settimanale garantito.
La proprietà è aperta a valutare anche disponibilità full time.
Lo stipendio netto mensile per il part time di 30 ore si aggira intorno ai 1400€ per 12 mensilità.
