Cuoco Capo Partita per hotel
Silou Retreat, retreat immerso nella natura della Valle d’Aosta, ricerca un Cuoco Capo Partita da inserire nel team di cucina. La struttura non è un semplice hotel, ma un luogo in cui benessere, accoglienza e atmosfera si uniscono in un’esperienza sensoriale.
Cosa farà
- Gestirà in autonomia la propria partita in cucina
- Coordinerà la gestione delle comande, garantendo tempi di servizio e standard elevati
- Manterrà la postazione sempre pulita e organizzata, nel rispetto delle normative igienico-sanitarie
- Collaborerà con la brigata per offrire agli ospiti un’esperienza culinaria memorabile
Requisiti
- Almeno 2–3 anni di esperienza come cuoco capo partita, preferibilmente sulla partita dei secondi
- Autonomia nella gestione della partita e buona organizzazione del lavoro
Contract
Offriamo un contratto a tempo determinato stagionale con impegno full-time di 40 ore settimanali distribuite su 6 giorni lavorativi con turni spezzati.
La retribuzione è di 1.900€ netti mensili + tfr e ferie pagate.
