Per la stagione estiva 2026, Nammos World approda sulla Croisette e cerca professionisti dell’eccellenza culinaria per la sua prestigiosa sede di Cannes. Per il potenziamento della nostra brigata, cerchiamo 5 Chef de Partie, figure chiave responsabili della gestione operativa delle singole partite.

CHEF DE PARTIE – Nammos Cannes Focus: Gestione partita, eccellenza operativa e standard internazionali La figura si occuperà della supervisione e della gestione di una sezione specifica della cucina, garantendo fluidità e qualità durante i servizi ad alto flusso.


Responsabilità principali:

  • Gestione Operativa: Preparazione e cottura delle linee seguendo rigorosamente le ricette e gli standard Nammos;
  • Stock Management: Monitoraggio e gestione dei livelli di approvvigionamento per la propria sezione;
  • Supervisione: Coordinamento del personale di supporto all'interno della partita;
  • HACCP: Rispetto assoluto degli standard di sicurezza alimentare e igiene.

✅ Requisiti richiesti

  • Esperienza: Almeno 2 anni nel ruolo di Chef de Partie in contesti strutturati;
  • Documentazione: Passaporto UE o visto di lavoro francese (obbligatorio);
  • Lingue: Buona conoscenza dell'italiano o dell'inglese;
  • Competenze tecniche: Autonomia nella gestione della linea, precisione e pulizia;
  • Soft Skills: Dinamismo, capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e spirito di squadra.
  • Certificazione HACCP gradita.

For the Summer 2026 season, Nammos World arrives on the Croisette and is seeking excellence-driven culinary professionals for its prestigious Cannes location. Nammos is more than just a restaurant; it is a global brand present in the world's most iconic destinations (Dubai, Sardinia, Doha, London). Joining our team means becoming part of an expanding international network focused on top-tier quality and a luxury lifestyle experience.

To strengthen our brigade, we are looking for 5 Chefs de Partie, key figures responsible for the operational management of specific kitchen sections.

CHEF DE PARTIE – Nammos Cannes Focus: Section management, operational excellence, and international standards The candidate will oversee and manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring quality and efficiency during high-volume services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Prepare and cook dishes strictly following Nammos recipes and quality standards;
  • Stock Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels for their assigned section;
  • Supervision: Coordinate and support junior kitchen staff within the section;
  • HACCP: Ensure absolute compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

✅ Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in high-end or structured environments;
  • Documentation: EU Passport or valid French work visa (mandatory);
  • Languages: Good command of either English or Italian;
  • Technical Skills: Full autonomy in section management, precision, and cleanliness;
  • Soft Skills: Dynamic attitude, ability to perform under pressure, and strong teamwork.
  • HACCP certification is highly appreciated.

  • Contratto: Stagionale (Estate 2026);
  • Full Time: 43 ore settimanali;
  • Turnazione: 6 giorni su 7 (1 giorno di riposo);
  • Retribuzione: 2.000€ netti mensili;
  • Benefit inclusi: Alloggio e 2 pasti al giorno durante il servizio.
