La persona ideale per il ruolo ha almeno 1 esperienza significativa in un contesto comparabile e una basilare comprensione delle operazioni di una cucina professionale.
Le persone selezionate nello specifico si occuperanno di:
- garantire la conservazione corretta delle materie prime alimentari
- mantenere l'area di lavoro pulita e ordinata, nonché la cucina in generale
- monitorare l'utilizzo dell'attrezzatura da cucina
- preparazioni per il servizio e impiattamenti
Autonomia, precisione e passione per l'alta cucina sono requisiti fondamentali.
Il contratto offerto è a tempo determinato con finalità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato. Vengono valutate candidature interessate ad un contratto di apprendistato.
L'impegno richiesto è a full-time organizzato in turni spezzati per 5 giorni alla settimana.
Lo stipendio mensile offerto è compreso tra 1.300€ e 1.400€ netti mensili.
