Chef executive per locale

Se hai esperienza nella gestione completa della cucina e vuoi dare forma a un menù innovativo, questa è l'opportunità per mettere in campo le tue competenze e fare la differenza.
Cosa Farai:
- Guiderai la brigata di cucina con autorevolezza e visione
- Comporrai e aggiornerai il menù, valorizzando le materie prime
- Gestirai ordini, forniture e food cost per garantire efficienza e qualità
- Programmerai i turni e formerai lo staff per mantenere standard elevati
- Supervisionerai il personale e coordinerai le comande in cucina
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 5 anni di esperienza come Chef executive o in ruoli analoghi
- Sai gestire una brigata, comporre menù e tenere sotto controllo i costi
- Hai esperienza nella cucina di pesce e conosci il food cost
- Sei disponibile su turni spezzati, 5 giorni a settimana
Contract
Tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato. Full time, 40 ore settimanali su turni spezzati.
Retribuzione: da 3.358 € a 4.367 € lordi al mese, pari a circa 2.300 € - 2.800 € netti su 12 mensilità.
Benefit: pasti inclusi per lo staff.
Inizio: il prima possibile.
È necessario essere autonomi negli spostamenti.
