Chef executive per locale informale

Cosa Farai:
- Coordinerai e supervisionerai la brigata di cucina, garantendo standard qualitativi elevati
- Gestirai ordini e forniture, ottimizzando i costi e la qualità delle materie prime
- Comporrai menù creativi in linea con l'identità del locale e le stagioni
- Programmerai i turni del personale e ne curerai la formazione continua
- Monitorerai il food cost e garantirai l'efficienza operativa della cucina
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 5 anni di esperienza come chef o executive chef
- Hai maturato esperienza nello stesso settore (ristorazione informale, wine bar, bistrot)
- Sai gestire una brigata, formare il personale e coordinare il lavoro in cucina
- Hai competenze di food cost control e gestione operativa
- Sei disponibile su 5 giorni a settimana con turni unici
Contract
Contratto a tempo indeterminato, full time (40 ore settimanali) su turni unici. L'inizio è immediato.
Retribuzione: 2.400 € lordi al mese su 14 mensilità, pari a circa 1.741 € netti.
