Chef de rang per ristorante di pesce
"Le Bollicine", ristorante di pesce in centro a Trieste, appartenente al circuito Restworld, è alla ricerca di 1 Chef de Rang.
Il locale propone piatti di pesce accompagnati da una vasta scelta di vini, champagne, birre e cocktail.
Il candidato ideale ha almeno 2 anni di esperienza in contesti di medio/alto livello, conosce l'inglese e i vini.
Le attività da svolgere saranno principalmente: -Accoglienza clienti -Gestione sala -Spiegazione menù e vini -Servizio al tavolo -Cassa.
Contract
Contratto a tempo indeterminato dopo un periodo di prova.
Impegno full time con i seguenti turni:
- dal martedì al giovedì dalle 17 alle 23;
- venerdì e sabato sia a pranzo (12-15) che a cena (19-23);
- domenica e lunedì giorni di riposo.
Lo stipendio mensile sarà da valutare in base all'esperienza, il range sarà 1600-1800€ netti + mance elevate (circa 200€ a settimana) + 13esima e 14esima a parte + buoni pasto.
