Chef de rang per ristorante italiano
Cerchi un'opportunità per crescere professionalmente in un ristorante italiano sul porto di Toulon? Manofica ti offre un ruolo da Chef de rang in un ambiente dinamico che serve cucina italiana con pasta e pizza, con servizio a pranzo e cena. Se hai esperienza consolidata nella sala e parli francese, questa è l'occasione per mettere in pratica le tue competenze in un contesto internazionale, con alloggio singolo incluso e mance TOP.
Cosa Farai:
- Accoglierai i clienti e gestirai il tuo rango con professionalità
- Prenderai le comande e spiegherai il menu ai clienti
- Servirai i vini e curerai il servizio al tavolo
- Utilizzerai palmare/tablet per la gestione degli ordini
- Supervisionerai il personale di sala durante il servizio
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 5 anni di esperienza come chef de rang
- Conosci perfettamente la gestione del rango e del servizio in sala
- Parli francese fluentemente
- Sei disponibile su turni misti, pranzo e cena
- Hai esperienza con palmare/tablet e nella supervisione del personale
Contract
Contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato. Full time, 40 ore settimanali su 5 giorni. Turni misti: 11:00-15:00 e 18:00-00:00.
Retribuzione Annua Lorda da 30.600 a 31.200 € su 12 mensilità.
