Chef de rang per hotel informale
Vuoi vivere un'estate lavorativa sulla Riviera Romagnola con una retribuzione competitiva e alloggio incluso? Cerchiamo 3 Chef de rang per l'Hotel Europa Monetti a Cattolica, struttura informale con spiaggia privata e atmosfera rilassante. È un'opportunità stagionale con inizio immediato fino a metà settembre, ideale per chi cerca un impegno estivo ben retribuito in un ambiente raffinato.
Cosa Farai:
- Gestirai il servizio a buffet durante colazione, pranzo e cena con professionalità
- Spiegherai il menu agli ospiti e curerai l'accoglienza in sala
- Coordinerai e supervisionerai il personale di sala durante i turni
- Gestirai la brigata di sala assicurando un servizio fluido ed efficiente
- Potrai operare anche presso l'Hotel Venus, struttura vicina della stessa proprietà
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza come chef de rang o in ruoli analoghi
- Hai già lavorato nello stesso ruolo e sai gestire una sala
- Conosci l'inglese (rappresenta un plus per il servizio agli ospiti internazionali)
- Sai coordinare una brigata e supervisionare il personale
- Sei disponibile su turni spezzati (2 turni tra colazione, pranzo e cena) per 6 giorni a settimana
Contract
Contratto stagionale da subito a metà settembre, con possibilità di proseguire successivamente con un contratto a chiamata. Impegno su 6 giorni settimanali con turni spezzati: 2 turni tra colazione, pranzo e cena.
Retribuzione: da 1.800 a 2.000 € netti al mese su 12 mensilità, con bonus sul fatturato.
Benefit inclusi: vitto (colazione, pranzo e cena a buffet), alloggio condiviso (camera doppia a 80 metri dall'hotel), abbigliamento da lavoro fornito. Possibilità di lavorare anche presso l'Hotel Venus, struttura della stessa proprietà molto vicina.
