Capo ricevimento per hotel ristorante
Vuoi guidare il front office di un hotel ristorante a Lignano Sabbiadoro e mettere a frutto la tua esperienza nella gestione del cliente? Ti offriamo un ruolo di responsabilità con 2.000 € netti al mese per 14 mensilità, in una struttura che valorizza professionalità e capacità organizzative. Cosa Farai:
- Coordinerai il team della reception e gestirai le attività quotidiane del front office
- Accoglierai gli ospiti garantendo un servizio di qualità e risolvendo eventuali reclami
- Gestirai prenotazioni, check-in e check-out utilizzando software gestionali
- Ti occuperai dell'amministrazione di ufficio e della supervisione delle operazioni
- Assicurerai il coordinamento tra reception e altri reparti dell'hotel
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 1 anno di esperienza nello stesso ruolo in strutture alberghiere
- Conosci inglese e tedesco per comunicare con ospiti internazionali
- Sai utilizzare software gestionali e hai competenze amministrative
- Hai ottime capacità di coordinamento dello staff e gestione del cliente
- Sei disponibile su turni spezzati, 6 giorni a settimana
L'inizio è previsto per ottobre, con l'obiettivo di costruire una collaborazione a lungo termine.
Contract
Offriamo un contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato, full time da 40 ore settimanali su turni spezzati (8-12.30 e 13.30-17.30), 6 giorni a settimana.
La retribuzione è di 2.000 € netti al mese per 14 mensilità, con buoni pasto inclusi.
L'inizio è previsto per ottobre, con prospettiva di collaborazione a lungo termine.
