Pasticciere specializzato in lievitati
Per Garani - Pastry & Bistrot di Funo (Bologna), cliente del circuito Restworld, stiamo cercando un capo lievitista o lievitista da inserire nel team!
Garani è un'azienda in forte crescita che offre un'esperienza gastronomica di altissimo livello in un contesto giovane ed accogliente.
Il candidato che cerchiamo deve avere almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, dovrà essere esperto dei lievitati da colazione e grandi lievitati e seguire le preparazioni da forno e del bakery.
La persona che cerchiamo deve anche avere competenze gestionali e supportare il titolare nella gestione del team, nell'organizzazione dei turni, nella gestione di ordini e forniture.

Contract
E' offerto un iniziale contratto a tempo determinato di 3 mesi finalizzato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato.
Si lavorerà full time, su turni unici dal martedì alla domenica. In particolare dal martedì al sabato il turno sarà indicativamente dalle 4.30 alle 12 (con pausa pranzo inclusa), mentre la domenica indicativamente dalle 4.30 alle 9.30. Sono previste due domenica di riposo al mese.
L'azienda offre uno stipendio competitivo tra 1.600€ e 2.000€ mensili netti.

Timetable
Commitment full time (40 ore settimanali):
Dalle 4.30 alle 12.00 dal martedì al sabato (con 30 minuti di pausa). La domenica dalle 4.30 alle 9.30 e due domeniche al mese di riposo.
