Chef de Rang per ristorante in centro
Il Ristorante Campo Cedro a Siena, cliente del circuito Restworld, sta cercando un Chef de rang.
Il ristorante nato dal sogno dello chef giapponese Kohsuke Sugihara coniuga tradizione e innovazione. La sua sua clientela può gustare una cucina di alto livello in un contesto intimo e familiare.
Il candidato ideale ha almeno 2 anni di esperienza nello stesso ruolo.
La risorsa si occuperà principalmente dell'accoglienza del cliente, della presentazione del menù e della carta dei vini, del servizio al tavolo e della preparazione della sala.
Inoltre il candidato deve possedere una buona conoscenza dei vini.
E' richiesta una conoscenza intermedia dell'inglese.
Contract
Si offre un contratto determinato con finalità di assunzione a lungo termine.
L'impegno sarà full-time distribuito su 6 giorni a settimana. I turni saranno spezzati da mercoledì a domenica. Il martedì solo cena. Lunedì giorno di riposo.
Lo stipendio offerto è di 1600-2000 euro con tredicesima e quattordicesima a parte.
Alla risorsa si offrirà un periodo di formazione e affiancamento iniziale.
