Impegno full time con i seguenti turni: 5 giorni a settimana turno solo pranzo (10-16) o solo cena (17.30-00), 1 giorno a settimana sia a pranzo che a cena (10.30-15.30; 18.30-23.30). Un giorno di riposo a rotazione. I turni solo a pranzo e solo a cena saranno a settimane alternate.
