Il Flame Burger's & BBQ RIBS aprirà le porte a novembre 2026 e cerca un/una cameriere/a per costruire insieme il team di sala. È l'occasione perfetta per entrare in un progetto dall'inizio, con turni unici di lavoro, un ottimo trattamento economico (fino a 3.000 € lordi al mese) e bonus sul fatturato che premiano il tuo impegno. Se ami l'atmosfera dinamica dei burger restaurant e vuoi crescere in un ambiente giovane e stimolante, questa è l'opportunità che fa per te.

Cosa Farai:

  • Accoglierai i clienti con professionalità e calore, creando un'esperienza memorabile
  • Gestirai le comande tramite palmare/tablet e coordinerai il servizio al tavolo
  • Preparerai la sala per il servizio curando mise en place e allestimenti
  • Servirai le pietanze e spiegherai il menu, facendo upselling per valorizzare l'offerta
  • Ti occuperai di sbarazzo e pulizie mantenendo la sala impeccabile

Chi Cerchiamo:

  • Hai almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza come cameriere/a, preferibilmente in locali burger, casual dining o ambienti dinamici
  • Sai usare palmare/tablet per gestire le comande con efficienza
  • Hai ottime doti di accoglienza e sai mettere il cliente al centro
  • Conosci le tecniche di upselling e ti piace consigliare i piatti
  • Sei disponibile su turni misti, weekend e festivi

Our advice

Contract

Tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato, full time da 40 ore settimanali, su turni unici.

Retribuzione: da 2.000 a 3.000 € lordi al mese su 12 mensilità (pari a circa 1.570–2.130 € netti), RAL da 24.000 a 36.000 € lordi annui. In più, bonus sul fatturato che premiano il tuo contributo.
