Chef de rang per ristorante in centro
"Roberto Bistrot", ristorante nel centro storico di Bologna, appartenente al circuito Restworld, è alla ricerca di 1 Chef de Rang.
Il locale propone una cucina tipica emiliana e ha anche una parte di cocktail bar.
La figura ideale ha almeno 1 anno di esperienza e conosce l'inglese.
Si occuperà dell'accoglienza clienti, spiegazione menù, presa comande, servizio al tavolo, preparazione aperitivi.
Contract
Contratto a tempo determinato come periodo conoscitivo con finalità di assunzione a lungo termine.
Impegno full time su 6 giorni:
- lunedì pranzo (12-15) e cena (19-23);
- martedì dalle 12 alle 19;
- mercoledì giorno di riposo;
- giovedì e venerdì dalle 16 alle 23;
- sabato pranzo (12-15) e cena (19-23);
- domenica dalle 12 alle 17.
Lo stipendio mensile sarà da valutare in base all'esperienza, il range sarà 1500 - 1700€ netti.
