Chef de rang per ristorante di pesce
"Camavitè", ristorante di pesce a Peschici (FG), appartenente al circuito Restworld, è alla ricerca di 2 Chef de rang per la stagione estiva (metà maggio - fine settembre).
La figura ideale ha almeno 2 anni di esperienza in sala, conosce i vini e sa sfilettare il pesce.
Richiesta la conoscenza dell'inglese.
Le attività da svolgere saranno principalmente:
-Accoglienza clienti
-Presa comande
-Apertura e consiglio vini
-Servizio al tavolo
-Sfilettare pesce.
Contract
Contratto stagionale da metà maggio a fine settembre.
Offerti vitto e alloggio (stanza condivisa a 10 km raggiungibile tramite mezzi pubblici, abbonamento incluso).
Impegno full time con turni o a pranzo (11-15) o a cena (18-00), un giorno di riposo a rotazione.
Lo stipendio mensile sarà da valutare in base all'esperienza, il range sarà 1500-1800€ netti + mance e sconti per dipendenti e familiari.
L'offerta di lavoro si intende riferita ad entrambi i sessi secondo il disposto delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91.
