Banconista gastronomia per trattoria
Vuoi lavorare in una trattoria seria e ben organizzata a Esslingen am Neckar, in Germania? Ti offriamo un contratto stabile, una retribuzione competitiva che parte da 3.100 € lordi al mese (con possibilità di crescita fino a 3.600 €), alloggio singolo incluso e mance TOP. Se hai esperienza al bancone gastronomia e cerchi un ambiente dove professionalità e lavoro di squadra fanno la differenza, questa è l'opportunità giusta per te.
Cosa Farai:
- Gestirai la preparazione del bancone e della linea con precisione e cura
- Supervisionerai l'ordine e l'igiene della tua postazione
- Collaborerai con il team per garantire un servizio impeccabile
- Lavorerai in un ambiente dinamico e ben strutturato
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza come banconista gastronomia
- Hai maturato esperienza nello stesso settore
- Sei una persona affidabile, precisa e con voglia di integrarti in un team armonioso
- Hai tra i 25 e i 40 anni e solidità nel ruolo
- Sei disponibile su turni misti (6 giorni a settimana)
Contract
Contratto a tempo indeterminato, full time (40 ore settimanali).
Turni: martedì-venerdì turno spezzato (pranzo e cena); sabato-domenica turno unico agevolato (solo mattina o pomeriggio).
Retribuzione: 3.100 € lordi al mese su 12 mensilità, con possibilità di salire a 3.400-3.600 € lordi previa valutazione delle capacità sul campo.
