B-Est Salerno Est Bar è un locale informale tra bar caffetteria, lounge bar e cocktail bar, con possibilità di crescita e un bonus fatturato che premia il tuo impegno. Cerchiamo un/una banconista che possa iniziare il prima possibile.
Cosa Farai:
- Preparerai cocktail con tecniche di mixology e produrrai i preparati per la miscelazione
- Allestirai il bancone e la linea prima del servizio
- Accoglierai i clienti e comunicherai con loro in modo cordiale
- Terrai in ordine e pulito il bar durante e dopo il servizio
- Lavorerai con turni misti, a volte anche in caffetteria
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza nello stesso ruolo
- Sai preparare cocktail e muoverti con sicurezza dietro al bancone
- Ti piace stare a contatto con i clienti e lavorare in un ambiente giovane
- Sei disponibile su turni misti, weekend inclusi
- È necessario essere autonomi negli spostamenti
Contract
Contratto a tempo indeterminato, full time, con turni misti. Weekend di mattina ogni tre settimane se hai competenza anche in caffetteria.
Retribuzione: da 1.431 a 1.762 € lordi al mese su 13 mensilità, pari a circa 1.201-1.399 € netti al mese. In termini annui, la RAL va da 18.600 a 22.900 € lordi.
Benefit: bonus fatturato e abbigliamento da lavoro.
