Banconista bar per locale polifunzionale
Vuoi lavorare in un locale dinamico e polifunzionale a Salerno, dove ogni giorno è diverso dall'altro? We Coffee/Food/Rooms è un punto di riferimento in Via Roberto Wenner 42, che unisce bar, caffetteria, cucina espressa e camere per chi viaggia o lavora in zona. Cerchiamo 2 banconisti bar per un part time con prospettive di crescita concrete: aumento di stipendio e autonomia nella gestione del tuo ruolo. Se ami il contatto con i clienti e hai esperienza nel settore, questa è l'occasione giusta per te.
Cosa Farai:
- Accoglierai i clienti al bancone offrendo un servizio cordiale e professionale
- Preparerai bevande calde e gestirai la caffetteria con cura e precisione
- Ti occuperai della preparazione del bancone e della linea per garantire un servizio efficiente
- Gestirai le comande e manterrai l'area di lavoro sempre in ordine
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 1 anno di esperienza come banconista bar o in ruoli simili
- Sai comunicare efficacemente con i clienti e metti il sorriso al centro del servizio
- Conosci le tecniche di preparazione delle bevande calde e della caffetteria
- Parli italiano e hai una conoscenza base di inglese
- Sei disponibile su turni misti (mattina e pomeriggio) per 6 giorni a settimana
Contract
Offriamo un contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato, part time da 30 ore settimanali. I turni sono misti: 4 giorni mattina e 2 pomeriggio.
La retribuzione è di 1.100-1.400 € netti al mese su 13 mensilità, con bonus sul fatturato. Avrai l'opportunità di crescere professionalmente con aumento di stipendio e totale autonomia nella gestione del tuo ruolo.
L'inizio è immediato. È necessario essere autonomi negli spostamenti.
