Banconista per pasticceria
Se hai già esperienza vera dietro al banco e ti piace lavorare a contatto con le persone, da Adrian’s Casa del Gelato (Roma) puoi fare un salto di qualità: non “stai al banco”, gestisci un flusso, tieni il ritmo, curi il servizio e diventi una figura di riferimento nelle ore di punta.
È un locale informale, con atmosfera familiare: qui si lavora in modo diretto e pratico, con standard chiari e responsabilità reali.
Cerchiamo qualcuno che sappia già:
- gestire un banco in autonomia
- tenere ordine e pulizia mentre il servizio corre
- comunicare bene con cliente e squadra
- fare caffetteria e bevande calde con costanza (non “quando capita”)
Durante il servizio ti occupi di:
- caffetteria e bevande calde: preparazione precisa e veloce
- gestione comande: prendi, coordini, consegni senza creare caos
- servizio di pasticceria e prodotti del locale
Chi cerchiamo:
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza come banconista bar / caffetteria
- Capacità di lavorare con ritmo e mantenere standard alti anche in rush
- Buona gestione del cliente: sai comunicare senza perdere tempo e senza perdere calma
- Autonomia negli spostamenti
Contract
Contratto:
- Tempo determinato, con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato
- stipendio 1.650€ netti al mese (base mensile), commisurato all'esperienza del candidato
Turni e orari
- Full time: 40 ore a settimana
- 6 giorni su 7
- Turni unici, 6:30–13:30
