Banconista bar per bar caffetteria
Cerchi una posizione stabile dietro al bancone, dove mettere in pratica le tue competenze e crescere professionalmente? Ti offriamo un contratto full time con alloggio incluso e una retribuzione competitiva fino a 1.800€ netti al mese. Se hai esperienza nel servizio bar e ami il contatto con i clienti, questa è l'opportunità giusta per te.
Cosa Farai:
- Gestirai il bancone occupandoti di caffetteria, preparazione bevande calde e spillatura
- Preparerai cocktail e drink utilizzando tecniche di mixology
- Ti occuperai della preparazione di cibi freddi e del servizio al banco
- Curerai la comunicazione con i clienti offrendo un servizio professionale
- Gestirai la preparazione del bancone e la pulizia del bar
Chi Cerchiamo:
- Hai almeno 1 anno di esperienza come banconista bar
- Conosci la caffetteria, la spillatura e le tecniche di mixology
- Sai gestire la strumentazione del bar e la classificazione di alcolici e analcolici
- Sei disponibile su turni unici per 6 giorni a settimana
- Parli italiano e sai relazionarti con i clienti
Contract
Contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato. Full time, 40 ore settimanali su turni unici.
Retribuzione mensile netta tra 1.600€ e 1.800€, con alloggio incluso.
